We gather all data related to job selection, visualize it, and make it freely accessible to everyone. By bringing transparency to this industry, which has been a black box until now, we create as many careers as there are people.

Currently, our team consists of young engineers in their 20s and 30s. Both new graduates and mid-career hires are thriving here.

ONE CAREER's Technology Development Department is composed of four departments: Product Development Department, CTO Office, AI Product Office, and AI Governance Office.
In addition to the Technical Development Department, the Information Security Office houses the Corporate IT and Security Team, and we collaborate closely to advance our work.

Engineering roles within the organization are as follows. Positions are determined based on the role one plays within the organization, and individuals are appointed to these roles.


At ONECAREER, we launched a project to enhance the productivity of our engineering organization in 2021.
In 2022, we won the"Improvement Rate Category" at the "Findy Team+ Award" hosted by Findy Inc., recognizing companies with the highest development productivity score improvement rate over the past year.
In 2023, our pioneering efforts to introduce an evaluation methodology using "The SPACE" framework—which assesses engineer productivity from multiple angles—were recognized. We won both the "Improvement Rate Category" and the "Best Practices Award. "
