Organizational Structure

ONE CAREER's Technology Development Department consists of the following 12 teams.

In addition to the Technical Development Department, the Information Security Office houses the Corporate IT and Security Team, and we collaborate closely to advance our work.

At ONECAREER, we launched a project to enhance the productivity of our engineering organization in 2021.


Focus Point ①: Daily Releases

By establishing a daily release system, we streamline the entire development flow (development to release), eliminating complexity in release operations and reducing the time until PRs are merged.
